"Rain tree cafe restaurant has a vey nice ambiance and a cozy bar (The Glaz bar). The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the chefs do a great job preparing both western and Thai food. I had breakfast in the restaurant every day during my stay, and was impressed by the big variety in the buffet. The buffet includes many healthy options, and also fresh juice with fruits and vegetables chosen by the guests.
I was impressed by the waiters and waitresses ability to remember guest names, food preferences, preferred seats etc. They really made me feel special.
The head chef, Chef "Big", has a great team. It seems like they all enjoy their work, and even during busy periods in the restaurant, their passion for food is obvious. The rain tree cafe is defiantly worth a visit.
Chef Big and his team dose an excellent job regarding individual food preferences (allergies, vegan etc.), and put together tailored meals when requested. Having food allergies can be a challenge sometimes, but I never feel safer then when eating food from Chef Bigs kitchen.
I will definitely come back next time I am in Bangkok!"
